DISCOVER THE INSPIRATIONAL UNIVERSE OF LENNY NIEMEYER

World Oceans Day

Isa Veronezzi, founding partner of Reorder,
talks about daily initiatives that can change the future

Reorder is a movement that organizes the collection of unused fishing nets off our coast, raises awareness of communities and creates collaborations to reduce the environmental impact of fashion. “Fashion is one of the strongest cultural manifestations there is, and it is the tool I chose to communicate my cause for the oceans, which are threatened by plastic.” include photo of Isa Isa Veronezzi – Founding partner of Reorder

Together for the oceans Our individual actions have tangible effects and each of us has the ability to create positive change. Therefore, we have gathered some attitudes that can reduce environmental impacts

– Choose products made from biodegradable or recycled materials over virgin plastic

– Use glass plastic bags and pots for food storage. In addition to not releasing contaminants into the environment, it also doesn’t do that to your food

– Dispose of your garbage in the right way to avoid polluting the beaches and nature

– Wash clothes only when necessary, so it is possible to increase the durability of the pieces and prevent waste from reaching the oceans

“A product can also become a solution, a new way of doing things, a symbol of change and still give people the opportunity to get involved and be part of the solution.”
